Cross-Stitch Sampler for Baby Ava Quinn

 Isabelle helping me work on the cross-stitch sampler for Baby Ava!  She loved pulling the needle up - with lots of help, of course.  Here we are working on the border:

We made the same one that my mom made me when I was born (now hanging up in Isabelle's room!)

ABC Sampler

Cross-stitch alphabet sampler that my mom made for me when I was born in 1988.  We took pictures with it when Isabelle was 2 months old.

We hung it in Isabelle's room when we first moved to Lomira.

Lake Winnebago

I made this sampler for my dad and Gido of Lake Winnebago where we take the boat out that my Gido made about 35 years ago.  Here is is hanging at my parent's house:

Cherished Keepsakes Sampler

This a sampler that I made when I was about thirteen years old.  I started cross-stitching with my mom when I was little and this was my first major sampler project.
