Halloween Cards

Isabelle has been busy this month making Halloween cards with Grandma Carla.

She made 13 cards to send to family and friends for Halloween.  Her favorite part was coloring the front and putting stickers on the inside.  She even signed all of them herself!

Halloween Spider Web

This is my third and final card from my October workshop at the River Oaks Retirement Community with Samantha Hanson:

Super simple, but it turned out cute and was really fun to make.  I just wrapped some white string around a piece of kraft cardstock added some stamps and pasted it to a white card background.  Perfect for quick halloween cards!

One of the residents was having so much fun that he made ten of these cards to send to his family and friends for Halloween:

Boo Crew Candy Critters

Here is the first of three cards that I used for a card workshop with Samantha Hanson at the retirement community at River Oaks where she works as the life enrichment specialist.  I had tons of fun and meet some really neat people!  It was such a blast coming up with designs for the workshop!

Halloween is over, but my first card features the Boo Crew set from Newton's Nook Designs.  I cut out and colored a bunch of the different stamps in this set for the residents to pick from.  I love all of the cute little candy stamps and halloween sayings that this set comes with!!  The residents enjoyed making the cards and sending them to their family and friends :)

Paper Players Challenge #166

Here's another Halloween card that I made over the last few weeks.  It was also the first time that I got to use my new stamps from Newton's Nook Designs!  This stamp set, Boo Crew, was released a few days ago.  It features a bunch of cute little animals dressed up in Halloween costumes.  I also love the little candy corn and "Trick or Tweet" stamp...it was a perfect touch for this card!

I submitted this card to the Paper Players Challenge. Here's the theme:

Owl Punch Halloween Card

Here's a look at my first Halloween card I made this year.  For this one, I used the Stampin' Up owl punch again to make the little bat and ghost.  The ghost is made by cutting the ears off of the owl and turning it upside down.  The bat is just the owl with the wings made out of two bitty butterfly punches.  So cute!!  I love the owl punch because you can make so many different little critters with it.

This item is also for sale on my etsy shop.
